This season, under charismatic offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, things figure to be a bit more wide open and the risk of injury to Bradford increases as the offense looks to push the football down the field more
So, who should backup Sam Bradford?
The logical choice is A.J. Feeley, who the Rams basically signed to tutor Bradford as he grows into what the organization hopes is an elite quarterback. Feeley is a veteran and is certainly serviceable and could manage a game effectively if something were to happen.
But then there is second year quarterback Thaddeus Lewis, who has been very impressive in the Rams first two preseason contests.
In his two appearances, Lewis has combined to go 11 for 15 for 102 yards. It was Lewis who led he Rams impressively down the field to position kicker Josh Brown to boot the game winning field goal against the Tennessee Titans.
Lewis seems to have matured quite nicely in his second season out of Duke and while he lacks in experience, Lewis offers a mobile option off the bench if Bradford needed to be replaced due to injury.
So should the Rams have Feeley, the wily veteran backup Bradford? Or should Lewis get the opportunity in a pinch? Vote now!

Eventhough jfeely has been n the league for years, whats his record look like being in the nfl all this time. Thaddeus on the other hand hsd shown that if you give him the experience and the opportunity, I feel his a great leader. The last game with Titans showed his leaderrship as well as his knowledge of the game
