Theriot At Top Of Cardinals Opening Day Lineup

St. Louis Cardinals manager Tony La Russa is known for his "tinkering."

The future Hall of Fame manager changes his lineups obsessively at times, to the ire of many St. Louis Cardinals fans.

But for opening day against San Diego Padres starter Tim Stauffer, La Russa is going with a predictable lineup, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

The lineup features newcomer Ryan Theriot at the top and leading off, which will certainly draw a standing ovation from the large crowd as they welcome the former Cub to the Cardinals family.
