Ian Cole Recalled, Again

The St. Louis Blues can not make up their mind on where Ian Cole should play the rest of the current hockey season.

There is no doubt that the 22 year old defenseman has been solid during his time in St. Louis and will be in the club's plans for next season.

And just a couple days after sending Cole down to the club's AHL affiliate Peoria, the organization has recalled Cole once again, shuttling him back to suit up for the club's game Tuesday night against the Minnesota Wild at Scottrade Center in St. Louis.

Cole has 4 points, including 1 goal, in 24 games with St. Louis.

Most impressive about Cole's multiple stints in St. Louis is his plus 4 rating.

Cole has not been in the red on the plus/minus rating scale in a single game since December 18th.

  1. It all a money thing for the Blues, believe or not, I guaranette you, they did not want to pay him for the days offs between game. Instead made him go to Peoria after the last game, probley drove in the middle of the night, play tired in Peoria and made him drive back to St. Louis again, with no days off to mend his body. What a concerning organization. Thats how young players get hurt.
