Going into the NFL combine, Alabama Crimson Tide wide receiver Julio Jones was predicted to be a mid-first round type of player in this year's NFL Draft.

According to Scouts Inc analyst Todd McShay, Jones is having a tremendous NFL Combine.

So it begs the question as the Rams look to fill a desperate need for a big-time, play-making wide receiver. 

Will Julio Jones be available when the Rams pick 14th? 

On Sunday, Jones ran his 40 yard dash in 4.39 seconds and posted a 11 foot, 3 inch mark in the board jump. 

The 6 foot 4 inch wide receiver certainly has the speed and athleticism that quarterback Sam Bradford can chuck the ball down field to.

Jones had 78 receptions for 1,133 yards and 7 touchdowns in 2010 for Alabama. 

As the Rams try and figure out how to acquire a high profile wide receiver it will be interesting to see how Julio's draft status changes as we get closer to the draft.
