The Missouri Tigers have been ranked in the Top 25 for the entire season.
But after falling to Kansas last Monday and easily beating the Oklahoma Sooners at home on Saturday, Mizzou has fallen to their lowest spot in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll.
The Tigers, at 19-6, are ranked 21st in the country this week.
A big reason for Mizzou's fall in the standings can be attributed to their mediocre performances during conference play, particularly on the road.
The Tigers are just 5-5 in conference play. And on the road its even worst as the Tigers are 0-5 in Big 12 road contests.
Winning on the road is something the Tigers eventually will need to overcome if they have any aspirations of making a NCAA Tournament run.
And if the Tigers expect to get in the "Big Dance," and at this point they seem to be safe, they have to defend home court on Tuesday night against a terrible Texas Tech team.
Look for Mizzou to get a victory and hopefully start climbing the rankings again next week.
