Rams 2011 Schedule Does Not Get Easier

The St. Louis Rams failed to make the playoffs in 2010, but build some positive momentum during a season that saw them finish with a 7-9 record.

Rookie quarterback Sam Bradford thrusted himself into the NFL Rookie of the Year conversation with a stellar rookie campaign that saw him throw for 3,512 yards and 18 touchdowns.  Numbers that rivaled the likes of Peyton Manning during his rookie campaign.

Steven Jackson also had an impressive year running the ball, rushing for 1,241 yards and 6 touchdowns while earning a spot in the 2010 Pro-Bowl.

The Rams defense was also stellar, ranking 14th in the entire NFL.

Things are looking up at Rams park.

But, as quickly as things seem to be turning around for St. Louis, 2011 could bring some problems as the Rams face a daunting schedule.

The Rams face the usual NFC West opponents in 2011, but they also have to meet the Philadelphia Eagles, Baltimore Ravens, New Orleans Saints, Dallas Cowboys, Green Bay Packers, and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Quite a tough task for an organization that is still rebuilding behind their rookie quarterback.
