It is a busy day of sports on Sunday as the NFL has a full slate of games and the Major League Baseball playoffs continue.

It will not only be a busy day for fans slumping on their couches, pounding adult beverages and bags of potato chips, it will be a busy day for announcers too. Particularly Fox broadcaster Joe Buck.

Buck has both baseball and football duties for Fox and every fall, the famous play-by-play man often has conflicts and must miss one or the other.

Sunday in San Francisco, Buck has the opportunity to do both.

Buck will call the San Francisco 49ers and New York Giants football game set to start at 3:25 CT.  Then, Buck will make it across town to AT&T Park in hopes of arriving in time for the start of the San Francisco Giants and St. Louis Cardinals MLB playoff game set to start at at 7:15 CT.

It will be tight for Buck, who will have to make the move from Candlestick Park to AT&T Park in a small window.

Some reports have suggested that Buck will use public transit, such as the Cable Car system.  Others have suggested Buck will take a boat across the Bay to make it in time for the game.

Either way, Buck will be earning his money on Sunday in San Francisco.
